Jo Parker

Technical Consultant

Jo joined Mercia in August 2016, having spent over 15 years with PwC in Plymouth. Whilst focused on audit at PwC, Jo also had the opportunity for secondments to India to help design a quality management system for the firm there and several in London to assist on audit technical and quality improvement projects. She qualified with ACCA whilst working in smaller regional practices in the west country, gaining valuable practical accounting experience.

Her role at Mercia involves conducting all sorts of compliance reviews (including audit and probate), presenting on courses and helping to answer technical queries from clients.

Away from the office Jo volunteers for RNIB, Guide Dogs and Sustrans and is a very keen walker.
